Please ensure you are aware of our returns policy before ordering with us to avoid disappointment.
Returns will be accepted with the following:
1. Returns will be sent to us by the buyer. if they are not returned in the condition of sale, no refund will be given. no damaged items will be accepted. Returns will only be allowed within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
2. if an item is received damaged, please ensure you notify us within 24hours of receiving, if not, we will be unable to accept. You then have 30 days to return the item. Return is as the cost of the customer.
3. if an item is returned due to fit, this is no problem and we will happily swap or give store credit as necessary, (provided it complies with point 4.) you will be expected to return the item to us and we will then either replace or give store credit at your request. Returns need to be in 7 working days.
4. No items that have been personalised can be returned. please be sure of your branding request before having the item made to avoid disappointment. If you require a specially sourced product or an additional logo for your own Team or business and we make this for you, it is unfortunately not returnable.
5. when logging a return please note that we need to receive the garment before we are able to swap or refund, no garment will be sent out without receiving the original back.
6. returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, please ensure order number/proof of payment are included in return request.
